PW50 porting

My son has a PW50 and is starting to hillclimbe so far I have taken the baffel out of the pipe not the silencer and lowered the gearing and stiffer clutch springs. I would like to port the cylinder myself can anyone help with some porting specs. How much should I take off the head?

where did you get the gearing change and stiffer clutch springs? I would be interested in some mods, but nobody seems to have any.

Find a book like Graham Bell’s 2 stroke tuning. It will tell you how to decide yourself as I doubt there will be a bunch of people with razor tuned PW50s on this forum.

Seriously this will point you in the right direction for such a basic engine. Gearbox will of course be the limiting factor to how much power or rather power curve vs ratio.
