My 15yr old daughter has a 99 KDX200 that is too tall for her.
Her older brother works for an engineering shop and can make her some longer dog bones to lower the seat height. I have searched this forum and believe the Koubla KDX3 links would achieve the desired seat height. I cannot find the length of these links anywhere. Does anyone know the approx. length?
Thankyou to anyone who can help.

A guy whose handle is "dirtbikingdad" either on this forum or perhaps on thumper talk made some himself and at one point offered the plans to others. If you can find him with google he might be able to send you the dimensions he used.

Sorry that I cannot recall where (on what site) I read his post.

they are easy enough to make, I made some for a KX 125 that I put my old KDX forks on.
In that case, 1/8" longer center to center lowered the rear 3/4"
You might make a few, say in 1/8" increments.
Here in the US the KDX links are steel, about 3/16" thick. The aluminum KX links I messed with were 1/4" thick aluminum with steel inserts where the bolts went.
I made my longer ones out of 1/4" SS. Worked fine.
