Here comes the watershed mark for the Honda CRF450R four-stroke. Arguably one of the world’s best big-bore riders, Factory Connection/Honda’s Mike LaRocco will mount the throaty steed for the last three rounds of the AMA/Chevy Trucks US Motocross Championships.
LaRocco holds the distinction of being the last 500cc class winner in the Outdoor National Series (’93). The following year he represented Team USA in the Motocross des Nations, in Spain, in the open class on a 500cc Honda. If ever there was a worthy four-stroke pilot in a field chock full o’ talent, it’s Mike LaRocco.
