On a 2007 crf250 I have a radiator problem. The left radiator one day started leaking on the bottom of it. It was replaced with a new one and the same thing happened. I have another one to replace it but I am wondering why this is happening.
My only though it maybe the head gasket is leaking some pressure into the cooling system putting to much stress/pressure into that radiator?

That bikes engine was just rebuild so if it was the head gasket it is now fixed.

Any ideas?

Who knows..coincidence or maybe you are damaging the fins when you install the radiator? Mylers radiator repair can fix anything you send them. Dont ever buy a new radiator from Honda or any other manufacturer, unless you like wasting money.

Mylers does good work.

but I dont like how fragile the stock units are. I got a set of ASI units and hoses off ebay for my 450. They are great! Oversized and had them on there like 2 years now without issue. For some bikes you can get them for $125 for the PAIR. might want to check it out
