Anyone had any luck increasing front end bite by raising the fork tubes in the triple clamps? I've searched the KDX sites, but can't find any info on riders who have done this.
For sure, the owner's manual and the FSM do not address this question.....

I raised the forks in my triples just because I'm short. Brake dive got a bit worse, no noticable difference in handling otherwise.

Raised the forks 13mm. Since it is 69 degrees F. in the shade and about 79 degrees in the sun today, I went for a 22 mile ride in the tight trails through the trees and sand of the river bottom.
There is a slight, but noticeable improvement in turning ability. Experienced no degradation of straight-line stability at high speeds or other issue such as exacerbated brake dive....
The improvement was very minor, but since there is no apparent downside to this modification, I'll leave it as is.
