rear shock rebuild-HELP!!

Hi, While trying to change the bump stop on my yz250F rear shock, all hell broke loose and oil was everywhere!

Can anybody refer to me a website how I can rebuild it on my own?

How to put oil? What type of oil, what pressure for nitrogen?

Mx-Tech. site (on the left) under support you will find KYB shock rebuild. Although there is no mention of what oil to use, thats up to you, a name brand would be good. And the nitrogen pressure should be about 160lbs.
