Go to:

http://www.buykawasaki.com/site/home/

put your bike info in, check their parts section. It will tell you what is stock, and what kawi lists as 'options'.

Also a ton of other good info there...like almost every other part in your bike.

Check there (I just did) to find stuff like: (for a '90 200)

92144C 92144-1480 SPRING,SHOCKABSORBER,K=4.6
92144D 92144-1515 SPRING,SHOCKABSORBER,K=4.4 (OPTION)
92144E 92144-1516 SPRING,SHOCKABSORBER,K=4.8 (OPTION)

4.6 is a bit light...that from the point of view of an '00 owner. My bike came with a 5.0, but I don't know what other linkage differences there are that have an effect.

My riding buddy's ktm has something awful like a 7.6!!..but of course, the 'linkage' on the ktm (there is none!) is different. I would guess the '90 is different in some way.

But...you don't mention it, but has your sag even been set? Don't assume your spring is too light or too heavy until you have set your sag correctly, and then from the free sag measurement that results you can know if you need a spring change......or not.

Thats the problem I can't correctly set the sag the closest I can get is 4.75 because the spring is too weak?
