rear suspension

my suspension in the back is real loose if you will, like when i sit on it, it is very bouncey but the fender never hits the tire.

my buddy said that i have to "recharge" the suspension with nitrogen... is he right?

can't i just tighten a bolt and that will do it or do i have to get nitrogen and all that for it?

u cud tighten the compression screw if u have a race bike and it would be on the resivoir (right side) but if you can sit on it rele hard and it go down and not come back up without you gettin off you might have a blown shock but i doubt it.... if i was u id take it to a dealership and just get your whole suspension service.... someone correct me if im wrong
