I bought a whole bunch of cilantro for chicken fajitas and have no idea what to do with the rest of it. The store sells them in big bundles but it was only 59 cents so if I do throw it out, I won't cry. Or maybe I could cut it up and dry it in the oven? I was really hoping someone (Natalie!!!) had a good recipe for something that called for a lot of fresh cilantro.

my li'l woman makes salsa and puts the cilantro in it. My pa don't really like it, says it tastes like soap. She also adds it to damn near everything as a garnish.

Mom has a salsa recipe that calls for lots of cilantro. If nobody has anything else to do with it I might do that.

My wife makes soups like potatoe or noodle and puts it in there, really good stuff.
