red sticker rides around san diego

after looking into the green sticker debate, i am considering buying a newer bike with a red sticker. can anyone tell me if i would be able to find a "red sticker" place to ride within 2 hours of san diego at most times of the year? i want to go to MX practice tracks, but would also like to do a bit of trail type riding also.

any suggestions greatly appreiciated.

I have a red sticker and ride in Lake Elsinore, Comp Park, and others all year long. I never had a problem.

You can ride in Ocotilla Wells with a red sticker during part of the year. However I have never been stopped by a ranger and checked in the last 3 years of riding our there.

Thanks guys!! youve helped me make up my mind, getting a new bike should be easier now, i think i will go for a newer model yz250, or yz thumper.... but i think thats another discussion for later on!
