:bang: I am changing out my reeds in my 03 KDX 200 and order a new reed gasket with the new Boyesen 607 reeds. when I took it apart I found no gasket between the reed cage and the rubber intake for the carb. I looked in my Mechanics manual and on line for the part but it looks like it does not exist? Is the gasket made into the carb rubber boot? It looks like the only gasket is between the cylinder and the reed block part number 11009A on all the information I could find? Thanks for any help.

there should be raise rubber moldings on the face of the carb adapter, unless you razored them off...anyhow you can use a very thin layer of black rtv between the rubber boot and the reed cage if the face of the carb fitting does not have the factory molded seals.
