I have a 1994 CR250 and its in need of some new reeds, I've tried Boyesen power reeds and FMF torque reeds and none of those fit my stock reed cage, are these reeds meant to be modified to fit or am I just stuck using the stock ones?
Ive had the same thing happen to me. I ordered Boyesen reeds for my 94 RM and the holes didnt line up. I guess the cage wasnt stock. I just ended up buying a new-used cage from a YZ because the previous owner wrecked the cage that was in my bike.
