I was wondering what kind of Reeds you guys would suggest?

If I get just replacement Reeds do I have to rejet? I am not really sure about how to do this yet.

Do I need to by the "housing" or can I just purchase the Reeds?

How often do you guys replace your Reeds?

Thanks for any info.

^^^ what he said^^^

but if you got the money and 2 bikes I'd like you to buy the 607's ($30)for one and v-force reed assembly ($150) for the other and write up a comparison review

I'd be interested in the comparison. However I've heard enough times that it's about 5% performance increase over the boyesen 607's. Not enough for me to drop 400% more money. That's just me personally though.

Before spending that kind of money on a bolt on, I'd send my carb off for RB mods for about the same price, and KNOW i'm getting my money's worth. Especially for a 220!

So far I have only tried the fiber Superstock Boyesens. I wasn't really looking for an upgrade, just replacing reeds that were warped and had already been flipped a couple of times. These reeds seem to perform just like stock and are certainly inexpensive enough.
