Remove Seat / Battery TTR 90

Can someone please advise on how to remove the seat & Battery from a 2006 Yamaha TTR 90 Electric Start - Thanks

I'm pretty sure the seat comes off with a couple bolts, then the rear fender/side panels, then the battery is right there for the gettin'.
