Removing throttle assembly

I have a quick question I am about to change that handle bars on my 2002 KDX 200 and was wondering to remove the throttle assembly is it only two bolts that hold the assembly to the handlebar? The two bolts I am refferring to are hidden under a rubber protector just left of the the throttle tube. Everythin else seems to be okay. Thakns again...

Yep, that's it. You can get away without having to remove the throttle cable too.
