renthal t2 clamps helppp

How do i undo the stock clamps on my cr 125 to install reanthal t2 universal bar clamps and t2 bars im stuck with no way to remove the stock bottom clamp it just rotates round any info would be a help.

Hold #2 with a pair of pliers and turn #11 with a wrench. Remember: righty tighty, lefty loosey.
