My mechanic friend who helped me get my crankcases split on the KX85 told me that I should replace the crank seal now that I have the engine split.
Looking at the seal from the inside, it is held by three tangs that are part of the case.
When installing a new crankseal, do I have to remove the crank bearing to access the seal or am I supposed to pry the seal out from around the 3 tangs on the other side?
Cheers
Bernie
