where would i get shims to revalve my stock kdx 200 base valve at home?

White Brother sells shims but the KDX set up is not so good, buy a gold valve, it comes with many shims so you can tune your little heart away!

The stock KDX is virtually non revalveable. I agree with Sage about replament, however take a further look around several companies offer low flow pistons that feature a much better design and performance than the gold valve.

thanks guys! i really have no business revalving anything, but i would like to learn... and besides if i was going to spend over a hundred bucks on a set of new valves i think i would go with mx-tech hands down. the mx-tech website has a tremendous appeal for those who would get involved in suspension tuning.

I second that, gold valves are OK, but I think you will have better luck with MX-tech.
