Revenue From The Gift Pants??

I once gave BigLou a sweet pair of MSR Pants as a gift. Much to my chagrin, I see he has them up for sale in the Gear/Equipment For Sale Forum. :pissed: http://www.dirtrider.net/forums3/showthread.php?p=976613#post976613

Since they are "Gift Pants" should Lou be able to do what he pleases with the cash from said sale of Gift Pants? Or should it be dictated how revenue from said Gift Pants be utilized?

Let me get this right Lou got into Nats pants but now Lou is selling them after 1 run around and Nat is proclaiming that lou was a charity case or that he got into her pants as a gift :boss: .
