hi all
i have just bought an 06 rm125 and noticed that the gearchange from neutral to 1st is very clunky.
is this normal on an rm gearbox or could it be clutch plates maybe stuck together as bike has been sat idle for a while.
any ideas ?

Not sure if this is a problem with RM's, but when my shifting gets bad, it is usually a sign of low trans fluid or just in need of a change.

Once it's warm and with fresh oil does it do the same clunk?

Odds are the POS clutch basket Suzuki puts in them stock is notched and needing replacement, very common on RM125's.
