Rm125 pipe oil

I have a 1999 suzuki rm125. It was ported for the previous owner, and I am having trouble jetting it. I keep getting this sticky oil coming out of the pipe after I ride. I was told I was running it too rich, and i have leaned it out from a 180 jet to a 160, but the problem persists. The needle clip is at stock and the air screw is at 2 turns out. I'm running 93 octane with motul synthetic. The bike just doesn't have that crisp snappy sound/feeling I want. Has anyone had this problem, or can anyone help me fix it? :ugg:

I suspect its either the needle clip or pilot thats too rich, i would go back to a 170 main and then raise the needle clip one notch and ride it again.
