I just picked up an '03 RM65 for my son and it's leaking a little oil from the bottom of the fork tube. I'm wondering if anyone knows what the proper torque should be so I can tighten it.

I have decided I'm going to replace the washer and bolt, so if someone out there has the proper torque for that and the top of the fork tube (for when I replace the oil) I'd appreciate it.
