RT 180 compression

Does any one know what the compression should be on a rt 180 I have one I bought to fix up for my wife it will not hit good spark I think the compression is to low it reads 110 but I don't know the ratio I have never had one of these bikes.Do you think it would even start that low?

ive got an rt 180 first of all check and make sure its even getting a spark when i got mine i had to replace the cdi and coil it only mad a very low spark it sude make a bright blue spark and click type noise but mine will start 100 compression ratio yours is good

Mine has 90 is that too low?
