1999 Rm 125. New throttle cable , new Carb,. Been running great last few times out. Today out of no where bike started running wide open like the throttle was being held open. Had to stall the bike in gear because was revving so high the kill switch wouldn't work. Pulled car and check all clean,. Pulled reeds thought maybe broken Reed. Throttle cable response and return are good and smooth.
