I want to get my son into dirt biking and was wondering what equipment is most needed at first."crf 50"He's 6 and probably won't get out of first gear this season. thanks

Your 1 cool dad. HELMET, gloves, goggles, and over the ankle boot(leather or some other stiff material. Ankles take a pounding when you fall, and gym shoes dont cut it. That will get you started, then next would be knee and elbow gaurds, and chest protector.
