Hey, I'am a total newbie to suspension, so bare with me please. When I apply the front brake and pull back on the handle bars, the forks extends about another 2-3 inches in its travel than when it is sitting on its own (without me on it). I belive this is sag, and it seems to be way to much. How would I go about setting the sag in the forks? And what should the sag be? Also, how do I adjust the preload in the forks as well. I have heard that this "sag" issue I have can also be the preload. Thanks.

BTW, it is for my 1998 KDX 220.

You might have light springs in the forks for your weight If you have the
stock springs. The stockers were only good for somone about 130lbs.
Check with MX-TECH by e-mail for a possible fix to the problem.
