Sandhill Ranch - Anyone been there lately?

Hey everyone, I'm looking for some intel on Sandhill Ranch in Brentwood, CA. I rode there about 18 months ago, and it was a dusty hardpacked mess. No water, no track prep in a long time. What's the story now? I heard it has changed, but not much detail. Thanks.

Yes, it's about the same now. They only water it a fwe times a week but it's pretty much a dust bowl. The only time to go there is after it rains but you can barely get into the parking lot since it's all clay. Once there the hills are all sand/rock it only OK.
