I want to hit the Red Lick, Ms harescramble on Dec 7th. I emailed the harescramble chairman and didn't receive a return email. I would like to know if Spark Arrestors are required and the 99db sound level check? Is it a closed course event on private property?The flyer mentioned none of this. I can't call the number b/t 9 and 5 b/c of work and no one answers the phone after 5. Little help would be appreciated.

You don't need a spark arrester. Private land. Your bike should be reasonably quiet, but there is not sound test.
