Setting Compression and rebound ???

Hi there. I am fairly new to the MX game. Can someone please help me set my compressiion and rebound front and rear on my bike? I have no clues how to do this. I just bought the bike about 3/4 months ago.
By the way what is a clicker, on the suspension ????

My weight= 60kg's

Bike= 1992 cr125

Please help

Click on the MX-Tech logo on the left then click on "Tuning".
The clickers are the little screw heads on top (center) is the rebound and bottom of the fork would be compression. Its opposite on the shock.

Click on the "LOGO" on the left side of this page, the oval with mx-tech in the middle of it. Needs no password.
