Sidecar class added to VTR hare scrambles

I got word from VTR's Hare Scrambles Chairman that we are running a exhibition sidecar class in the 2006 harescrambles at VTR. They are to run on the quad track before the quads run.

The thought is to have a traveling trophy for the year, with the winning teams name placed on it at each weekend, then presenting the trophy to the overall team at the end of the year.

The sidecar is supposed to be built according to AMA rules.

Hummm... This could be interesting, maybe I put mother in-law in sidecar W/ rubber chicken wraped tightly around throat? I get even....and never highside on bike!...

This was mentioned at the HS riders meetings at the banquet. I am surprised that it has enough support to have a class.
