Snapped Kick Start Shaft 2002 Yz 250! Help Me

I HAVE A 2002 YZ 250 WHICH SNAPPED THE KICK START SHAFT. I REPLACED IT AND ON START UP IT SEEMED TO COME TO A HARD STOP AND SNAPPED AGAIN. THE BIKE WILL BUMP START SIMPLY AND GOES LIKE HELL!!

Sounds like you have other issues in the kickstarting mechanism lying within your center cases, beyond the kickstart shaft. If you replaced it and it broke again, there must be other problems that you need to solve in order for your new kickstart shaft to live. Tear it down and do it right, or your next shaft will snap like the last two have.
