on my son's 1995 KDX200 and noticed that one piston rod will pull up/push down with a lot more resistance than the other. Both clicker adjustments are 10 out.
Thanks for the reponse. I initially set the oil level at 100 mm from the top. Now, after sitting for 1-2 days the oil level has gone down a good 25 mm, and both forks seem uniform in resistance. I assume that there was some trapped air that has worked it's way out or it was really foamy inside from me pumping the rod up/down after the initial fill.
