its the off season now and i want to put on a bit of muscle before starting my cardio in january. anyone here ever use sports enhancements?? anybody recommend any specific diets/links on how to put on extra bulk?im real thin at the minute!!!!
A simple hi protien low carb diet mixed with a steady gym ruitine will build the muscle you're looking for! if a month into it your feeling weak often then supliment with a whey protien powder. i use Nector it tastes like a Jolly Rancher and disolves easily in water.
I am currently doing the same thing. I take a protein supplement in the moning, I am taking a whey protien about 40 grams. I also take a multi-vitmain a B-vitamine and 19 Norandrostenedione 100 mg, Androstenediol 100 mg, Androstenedione 100 mg, commonly known as 19nor 2 Andro, before each workout, seems to give me alittle boost. I wouldn't take it for more than 6-8weeks at a time. Lift heavy and get lots of rest.
