Bike: 87 KX 250
Ride: Natural terrain outdoor MX (mostly soft stuff)
Ability: Beginner (but working toward novice)
Weight: 230 with gear

Anyone got a guess as to what springs I should run? Also I'm starting hit some bigger jumps, can hit just about all the doubles on the track, and am riding faster and faster each time out (so it seems ;) ).

One other question: How much flucuation in rider weight will a new set of springs handle? For instance, if I'm 230 now but in 3 months I'm down to 200 will I need to redo the springs or can I compensate but adjusting preload, damping, etc.?

Thanks for the help,

Chris

I wouldn't mind knowing the answer to this one either. Good question.
