spring weight/rider weight

1997 YZ 125, Rider weight 210 w/gear. Current springs .41 forks, shock spring unknown.Assumed to be 4.4 or 4.6. Moto-x only,Vet+40 class and 125 "C" class. Bike is obviously undersprung,need realistic suggestions fron "Been there done that" types.THANKS !!!!

The stock rear for '97 was a 4.6 Assumeing its stock valving you will probably want around a 5.4-5.6 on the rear and .46 in the frt.

If it was valved for woods only versus SX or MX then yes I would slightly.

Just curious, I agree with your take. I've come full circle on the whole diffrent springs for diffrent aplications in the last year.
