does anyone have any ideas where i can get a step by step guide to tear down my 96 kdx 200 (free)maybe downloadable with pics thanks

Get a service manual.. That's your guide. Has everything in it you need to know to tear it down and put it back together, including a all of the torque specs and tolerances.

thanks ive been looking on **** but no luck on a paper copy not sure about where to get one besides my dealer.
