Installed a new sticker graphic kit on my Sons YZ85 last Summer. Went through the Summer and Fall and the sticker kit looked and held up flawlessly. This Spring, I noticed that the right side tank shroud stickers are full of bubbles. The kit I installed had little slashes throughout the right side tank sticker and wonder why just that side is giving me grief. Are the slashes they put in there some type of relief slash?
I assume on a yamaha the tank is the right side panel.(hondas arent). I believe fuel vapors seep
through the plastic tanks and bubble the graphics, thats what the slashes are for. Why factory graphics dont do it, i dont know.
