Stillwater,OK question...

In the early 80's there was/is a large riding place they held the enduro west of town - is this COOPERLAND or.... ? I am thinking :confused: they are two differant places.

it is called the "stilwater parks and recreation" it is still open.you have to join the stillwater parks club to join.

yes, they are two different places. the parks and recreation place that redrider referred to is locally called "the 500", meaning 500 acres. that is the place they had the enduros. it's still open every day. i raced an enduro there last summer. there is an excellent advanced level mx track there too. the heartland spodes are all members and ride there frequently. you should come up and ride with us sometime. here is their site:

I've been reading about the "Spodefest" that is posssily going to be there - HOPE so - it would be nice to go back and ride there again!! :)

actually, dirtweek will be at cooperland, which is seperate from the 500. but some have talked about doing some riding there too.
