Stitching is coming undone

The stitching on my right upper cuff is coming undone at the inside loops. The bottom nylon loop is already detached and the plastic loop stitching is unraveled up past the second loop.
Is this cuff something I can order as a separate part, or should I just have it re-stitched somewhere? Everything else is fine on the braces.

Just to follow up.
I sent my right brace to Asterisk and got a phone call the day it arrived. They completely rebuilt the brace and had it out to shipping that afternoon. I got the brace back and it is better than new. Thanks guys!
No doubt that customer service is a high priority at Asterisk!
