Street Legal KDX 200/220

I looking to get a new dual sport for my first bike, i saw the kdx 200/220 and i'm interested in putting a conversion kit to make it street legal. Are these bikes in anyway illegal to put on the road for enviromental reasons, ect.? Given the fact that the bike would be used on the road as well as taken on the local construction site for jumps and harder stuff, should i get the kdx 200 or the kdx220?

I forgot to tell you guys that i am really want the two-stroke power for the offroad use, so i'm in the market looking for a two-stroke. So if you guys have any other two-stroke bikes that would be a better suggestion please let me know what you would do. Thanks again.

if u want to u can put on brake and turn lights but i would buy mud tires for it and take the rough ride on road but love them off i think u can ride them off the road
