NOPE, the limit in ccs for a 2 stroke on the road is 50cc since the mid 80s. The best you can do is get an older 2 stoke street bike, like the RZ 350 and maybe see if you can add a dual sport setup to it, that would be cool!
That being said, I know of a few errr eeeeaahhh hhemmm people that have tried shoving YZ 80 and errr even a YZ 125 motor into Yamaha YSR 50 street bikes, zoom zoom zoom :).

Green sticker legal two strokes can still be street legalized in CA, but this window is reported to be closing soon ( I heard early next year, but if you are serious about this you need to check it out on your own).
Federal laws the manufactures must meet to sell street bikes (displacment, emissions, steel tanks, etc...) do not always apply if you are attempting to street legalize your own dirt bike. I have legalized a KDX200 in CA before, for example. But to get a plate, the vehicle does have to conform to the state's vehicle code and any other state restrictions.
FWIW, to comply with the California vehicle code, your tailight has to stay lit with the motor off. This means adding a battery and charging system, which is expensive to do on an mx bike.
Also, the bikes you have selected have small tanks, close ratio gear boxes, are loud, etc... So they would not make very good street bikes for most riders. Don't expect to get your money back on resale. IMO, you are better off buying an inexpensive street bike and keeping the dirt bike as is.
You should check with one of the companies that offers dual sport kits for more information. www.bajadesigns.com for example. Most of their kit prices assume the bike already has a stock lighting coil which can be used to charge the battery.
