Stuck!

Decided to try and take my skid plate off to clean it and had a small issue. The screws didn't want to unscrew. I think they've been in there so long that they don't want to come out. I don't wanna bust the skid plate, frame hooks, and screws up too bad, becuase obviously I don't want to have to buy a new one. Any ideas on how I should coax these screws out?

I have always had good luck using an impact screwdriver when trying to get out stubborn screws. If there is a way to get some penetrating lubricant on the threads I would suggest that, but from the picture it doesn't look like you will be able to.

get the good old wd,40 out an soak them . if nut wat are they steel nuts ali plate? could heat them with a blow torch for a few secs.
