kingriz1, I've got a 70 Challenger, and it looks nothing like the General Lee. I think you may be looking at a Charger. The General Lee was a '69 Dodge Charger. Either way, if the car's in good shape, you should have fun with it. Good luck!
i once bought a set up spiked foot pegs from jc whitney. they were top quality. and cheap! in the last 3 years i've bought over $1,000.00 worth of goods for my car - some cheap and flimsy stuff, but the majority is excellent quality. the thing with jc whitney is that they usually offer several different brands for one item. go with the more expensive item. it will still save you money
The stock mufflers where starting to rust on my XJ 550 Seca, so my dad thought he would surprise me with a new set. He ordered a set fom J C Whitney. He presented me with the box when it arrived, with eager anticipation of my delight at his gift. When we opened the box and examined the mufflers, not only where they the cheesiest things we had ever seen, they were both left-side mufflers! He was so dissapointed.:(
