ooking or the max stable and neutral handling ,with decent bump absortion...but feeling some of the strike is ok.

which spring would you pick? honda 400 or frp and what size?
what preload? what weight fork oil?

i talked with jeff at FRP and he set me up with the .38kg springs , told me to leave the preload alone , use the stock spacers and run Belray 5w to 7w fork oil . are weight is close , i weigh 185 lbs . i havent got to test them yet but they seem alot stiffer , as long as they dont bottom out like the plush factory set up i'm sold .

Try a search. There is a wealth of information here.

I am sure that CC has sore fingers from repeating information on his modifications.

I have personally chosen to run with a set of 0.40kg/mm XR springs as I was able to pick them up for next to nothing. They should arrive in the next day or so.
