Does anyone know a good company who can do my Cr250 suspension so that I can race MX and ride trails efficently?
Thanks.

I don't think you are going to find a magic bullet for this one.
With that said, you should be able to find a happy medium. MXTech did my CR500, and while I'm no motocrosser, I could go from woods to track with a few clicks. I had my setup biased towards woods riding. It was definitely noticeable if I forgot to turn my clickers before I rode the different type of terrain.

I bought mine from an AA enduro racer and it had Factory Connection on it when I bought it.  It is amazingly good suspension for woods.  I don't moto but I'm sure the suspension would be better at it than I am.

I think FC did the valving for Kevin Hines when he was racing his CREs in the national enduros, and they do LaRocco's CR, so I'd say they have both woods and MX covered.

Granted that any good tuner should be able to either get great MX or Great Woods out of a suspension. To get both at the same time; I think there would have to be a good amount of compromise.
