hey i have a 2007 kx250f and i am 190 lb and 5,11 i need help on how to set my suspention clickers up like the little screws

ride, turn a couple clicks, ride and repeat until you like it.
Do you have a manual? Do you understand what the compression and rebound adjustments are doing? Do you have the sag set properly? Do you know suspension has no t in it?
