hi

I have a o3 sx 125 and have just got a hgs front pipe to fit on,it does not fit as well as the original and I'm not sure if I need to go to a bigger main , I'm running a 188 at the mo.
the pipe is supposed to be for a 03 but I suspect its from an 01 as the hgs part number ends in 04 for my year and the pipe has o3 printed on it, if it is the wrong pipe is it worth using on my bike.
any help on jetting would be welcome, also will the jetting change when I install a 144 kit.

regards

It's tough to guess jetting. The stock jetting is confused. Lean, rich, and lean. These bikes pull way harder on top with a bigger MJ. Before you adjust the jetting, take the time to check your float level. Your pipe may or may not make a difference.

A good starting point would be Ryder's specs.
48-50PJ
1469G Needle 2nd
192-200 main.

This is the jetting I use in my 125's. Way, way better than stock. Good luck.
