SX125-Jetting problems

Hi I have a 2002 KTM SX 125 and its a nice fast wee bike but at about half throttle i have a bit of a hesitation.it used to be a splutter but my mechanic said it was running rich at the main jet so leaned it out and that helped but its still really annoying. Does anyone have a solution? The bike is fine at full and small throttle openings but its just round half throttle it runs funny. Also would a power blade and a v-force reed block make much difference or do i need it?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Might try raising your needle clip up one notch.
