I run Silkolene Comp2, or BelRay HIR all the time. I heard somewhere that for a new top end, using a caster based oil is better for the rings to seat. Any thoughts on this? I was going to run a 32:1 instead of my normal 40:1 for the break in.

Also, its a Weisco Pro-lite top end (if that matters)
