tall seat cover with tall seat foam????????

okay i searched for a answer and i couldnt find anything so here it goes, do you have to use a taller seat cover when using tall seat foam? or will any standard seat cover work , liek the ones that come with graphic kits, because the ceet seat foam suggests using taller seat covers, im confised!

I used the same aftermarket cover that was on mine when i put the tall seat foam in. It was a tight fit but it worked(barely). I'm not sure if some of the cover had been cut off by the previous owner tho.

I've wondered the same thing and I have asked a couple of local dealers and they didn't have and answer.

Yes, if you run a tall seat foam, a tall cover is needed. In some cases, if there is enough material left on the cover when it was made, a regular cover works. I just put a tall factory effex foam, and cover on my 04 KX250, and the fit was perfect. Tim

Red has the Moose complete tall seat, and he put a standard seat cover on it with no problems. His seat cover is the 2003 Team Subway Honda seat cover and I'm not sure who makes it off hand.
